Women sue central Ohio fitness club over access

Carol Shultz and her family were so excited about the new Urban Active fitness center being
built at Graceland Shopping Center that they signed up immediately after hearing about it at a
health fair.
"The trainer said they'd helped so many people like me," said Shultz, who uses a wheelchair. "I
was sold."
That excitement disappeared on the night the center opened months later.
