What are some good workouts to build the arms and abs of high school students?

I need to train a group of 9-11 grade boys and girls whom are quite new to fitness, how to get good at push-ups and crunches. We have like no equipment so I am going to limit them to body weight workouts. Also team building exercises are a plus that i will heavily encourage, such as group push-ups. Any
