I am interested in building a perfect workout with the limited equipment that I have that is focused on toning my body and in weight loss. I want to become "skinny" and loose the gut but at the same time keep my heart healthy and have a consistent body image.
The equipment that I have include a Treadmill, bike, triceps pushdown, biceps curl, abdominal crunch, pectoral fly, leg extension, leg curl, seated mid row, vertical bench press, lat pull down, high row.
Could someone please provide
