I want to bulk up my body muscle at home, what should I eat/ do?
I want to turn my body fat to muscle without going to the gym. I have a set of 25lbs dumb-bells and a long bar with 20lbs on each side. Anyone know any good techniques or good workout plans I can do with this equipment or no equipment? I also eat a lot of seasoned chicken, red meat, eggs, potatoes, and tuna and alot of soda I know its bad. Can someone please give me a good specific plan to follow as to what to eat/drink and when to as in how many times a day (or in portions)? Also a good
