How can I tone my body?

I wanted to know if someone could tell me the best way that I can tone my my body, build a little muscle and get some pecs and a six pack by the summer. I'm a guy, I'm 16, I'm 5'11 and I weigh about 125lbs. I I've got a little bit of fat on my stomach but it isn't really that much. Other than that, I'm really, really skinny. The only exercise equipment that I have to work with is a treadmill, two 5lbs dumbbells, and four 2.5lbs wrist/ankle weights that I found in my basement.
