Can anybody give reference about Body Building ?

I am body building beginner. I usually start body building by running upto 30 minutes at 9 km/h of speed. I lost 10Kg of weight in one month and know i am 70Kg before i was 80Kg. I want to know can I use Mega Mass Protein for the body building because i am not that much muscular yet. And i am dieting toooo. Please any body give me reference about
