I need great exercise/diet tips for sculpting/getting cut (or "body building" i guess)?

i'm 17, about 5'11" and weigh 170lbs. my weight isn't bothering me, its just extra fat in my stomach, sides, back, chest, arms (biceps), face etc. that i want to get rid of and sculpt into muscle, and to be "cut." im not looking for a "2 week solution" or anything. if it takes time (which it will) i am more than willing to do it. i also have really scrawny legs/calves that i want to fix as well. what are some exercises you recommend that'll get me built and cut? i have a bench press, squat
