I have pretty good stamina and am in pretty good shape. I have a slim build. I jog a 1.5 miles two times a week and 2 miles once a week. push ups, sit ups crunches, squats etc. so my body is in decent shape. but the back side of my thighs are soft and not very muscular.
at there any at home exercises (without machines) I can do to tone back
