i want to ask this question to all expert in body building ?

friends plz tell me is this routine of body building is good or not or it is wrong exercise?weights sessions are :

chest and biceps one day
Back and triceps another day
shoulders and legs another if u are not ready to satisfied this my shedule of workout then plz plz tell me best shedule and also easy way of workout. this schedule is tolled by yahoo
