Okay so me and my friend are planning on joining the gym next week, having never even been inside a gym I've no idea which Equipment to use...I'm a 17 year old girl and I want to lose around 10lbs, (I have a new diet/eaating plan etc) and I walk pretty much everywhere, but I just can't shift the fat, I'm not overweight but I'm not atall toned.
My stomach is the main issue, as are my thighs, I need to burn the fat and build muscle tone..what should I be using at the gym?
