i been doing sit-ups and push-ups everyday since last 6 months ..!
But can i know what is the correct way to body building ?
in my way , i everyday push ups and sit-ups for 80 times ..
is that still effective if i rest a while when doing push/sit ups and continued back ?
I want to build up a good body at home ..
is that possible?
and , can any professional/full with experience guide me every important things , include food , what to do , how many times for doing , and
