I'm a vegetarian that WILL eat eggs (no yolk), & dairy products.
I am now 5 2" and 111 lbs.
I think i'm like 13-15% body fat. & a little muscle.
I want to gain more mass. without gaining fat.
Can someone tell me what foods to eat?
I want to be able to eat 2,000 calories day.
Can someone give me a diet
