I was on a website (www.bodybuilding.com) to look for more ab work-outs, and just read some info on body building. Then it said something like this: "Its hard to eat a lot of food, but keep on trying...." So why do you have to eat a lot of food, if for body building you want to be a lot healthier (I thought that meant eating less calories?) Thanks a lot!
I do know that they drink lots of protien
