like what do you eat to get your protein your carbs and your good fats?
so far all ive got is
protein
chicken
turkey
lean beef
fish
carbohydrates
brown rice
oatmeal
good fats
sunflower seeds!?
so if im gonna eat 6 meals a day, throughout the whole week, i cant just have those to choose from, i need atleast 3 times that amount, otherwise its just gonna be me eating tuna for like 3 days in a row, then chicken, and so on.
so i need someone to help me out, like give me some more good high in
