I exercise very often (5+ times per week), but I've only recently (i.e., throughout the past three years) begun to specifically target my lower body. I run every other day in the summer; I also love to dance. I'm trying to develop greater coordination, endurance, and power in my legs. What are the best strength building lower body exercises?
