Hi,
I'm fifteen and I weigh about 150 pounds, I'm not sure how tall I am, I am taller than most kids my grade but the BMI index says I'm a bit overweight but not obese or anything. I have mustered enough inspiration to try some exercise but I am completely clueless as to what to do that would help maximize my time for what I am doing.
I want to lose my flab at my stomach and work on my abs the most, but I also wouldn't mind exercises improving pectorals and biceps / triceps. I'm tired of
