I now work out 3 days then 3 days off. A split up of 1st day--- CHEST&TRIS 2nd day----legs 3rd day----BACK&Bies. Also opinion on supplements...I am 20 yrs old and taking 2 protein shakes a day, Muscle synergy by BEVERLY INTERNATIONAL and a product called SIZE ON..Please all suggestions are helpful....also....hair removal
