How do you get the smell of a dead body out of a building?

Someone died in the building & it still smells bad. What can I do to get the odor out? Is there a product on the market that kills this smell? The Manager doesn't have a clue, so I'm asking for outside help, Please...!!!
The body was removed by the authorities yesterday. The Manager doesn't seem to know how to handle the situation. She knew about the smell & did NOTHING to track it down. The tenants had to figure it
