how can I get my body to look good, be strong, create endurence, & do this with little time and no equipment?
i have no equipment and only little time between school, finals, and a boyfriend. i'm trying to get fit for next year, so i can join our school's soccer team. I need to build endurence, muscle, speed, and a good looking body that I can be proud to have. i'm a proud girl, and i would like to have a good body, but still be 120 or under. i don't mind building muscle, but I don't want to out muscle my boyfriend(by too much)=D. so any info will be very helpfull. thanks to all those who will
