I am a 15 year-old vegetarian, so I have a rather skinny body, but I want to build up some muscle, and have a strong and attractive body. But I don't really have any work-out equipment, so that makes it rather difficult.
So what I basically want a muscular, but slender body, you know? And I want to try to get it before school starts in September.
So please give me some advice on how to make this happen? Your answers are much
