Home Workout Body Building? ( I will choose best answer)?

I am trying to get in shape for football, and I want to increase these muscles. I am already working on: Triceps, Pecs, Shoulder, Quads, Calves- need better workout, and Shins- Better workout. I have NO ACCESS TO THE GYM OR EQUIPMENT

Biceps-I have no Ledge big enough for me to do a pull-up/chin-ups. I have no access to gym or weights. Help?

Hamstrings- I need a workout solely for Hamstrings. Help?

Back- I need a workout that targets the back, but can work out other muscles as well.
