For those of you who body build and exercise and are trainers when your sick with a cold?

I've been body building for the last three weeks, (I'm on a 90 day body building program to transform myself) but i've come down with a cold. I guess I feel guilty for not feeling up for any exercise and know it's messing up my program and results. What do you recommend when
