i want to start to build muscle to be a figure fitness competitor, i dont want to be a be a female body builder, i dont want to be that big that i scare ppl, but i want to be more than just toned. im aspiring for a figure similar to jaime koeppe. im 23 and currently 160lbs ( a few more lbs of fat to lose) and 5'4, jaime is about 5'5 .
