Exercise/Body building?

Hi, I've been working out on and off for about a year now. I'm at an intermediate level now, and I was just hoping for some tips on anything from my diet to my workout. I'm only 16 years old, is it wise for me to workout at this age? I can bench 80 kg and dumbell 18 kg. Give me your stats.
