Burning fats and body building in 4 weeks?

Hey,
I'm 16 yo male and i'm gaining on too much weight recently. I've thought of why not converting the fats to some muscles or simply lose the fats.

Any idea of what I can do to have the results quickly( 4 weeks or so) and how I can do it. I've already started a fat free diet. Need some practicable ways to implement activites for me to lose these fats in my daily life, and really not having to lose lots of time at a gym.

Any workout that I can still do at home without expert equipment? And
