Building Upper Body Strength Quickly?

Well summer is coming up and I want to build up my upper body for the pool. I'm 15 and don't have exercise equipment, I was wondering what kind of exercises I should do and how many to get a chiseled look.

I've been exercising for a while now, but I want to bring my pecs in and make my abs, biceps and triceps
