Body Building Supplements (L-glutamine, creatine, and whey protein)?
I started to lift two years ago. First year I did not take any supplement and I gained 15pounds. Second years I started to take only whey protein, just one shake in a day. I also gained 30pounds. Before I started to lift I was 6.1ft and 145pounds, and was really skinny guy. At this moment, I am 6.1ft and 191 pounds. Now, I want to have bigger shoulders, chest, and arms. I work out 4 days and also run two days only 5 mile and other two day 10 miles. I have Sunday rest. I bought new supplements
