im skinny and want to lifting weights..i dotn feel comfortable going to a gym and all i have at my house is a straight bar easy bar and a bench press stand...can anyone give me pointers on how i cangain the most weight, i know to do heavy as possible less than 8 reps and do it before i eat high protein meal but this seems to do nothing for me...all i do now is curls i pull the bar up to my chest, i military press?lifting over my head, and do push ups are there any other lifts ican do with the
