body building exercise plz help?

i am a beginner plz tell me tips about the pattern still i am confused that if i start to do exercise then which part of body i have start workout i mean that first bicep or tricep or chest and bicep or ab or total body because still i am confused that everybody tell different exercise.so plz tell me best pattern exercise plz plz plz!!!now
