I need advice on how to get more body muscle on my abs and my chest. I also want advice on how to get that defined look where you can easily see mucles.
I'm doing stuff from home so i can't do stuff like bench presses and dumbells and stuff like that. I'm young,14 years old to be exact and i'm 150 lbs so i don''t really need advice on cardio.
(oh and i can do pull ups too if that can
