Hey guys. Last year I lost two stone in a short amount of time due to illness. With this I lost a lot of muscle too so have become quite weak.
I have my first gym session this afternoon. I would like to be able to feel like I have more energy and build up a bit of muscle, but I don't want the bulk look. I wouldn't mind maintaining my slim body but just want to build lean muscle.
What equipment is best for this sort of work
