I'm a 17 year old male about 6 feet, but I'm kinda skinny and don't have much upper body strength. I'd like to improve it just cause my arms look crappy, my stomach and chest are floppy, and I lose to smaller guys in strength contests (wrestling, pull ups, arm wrestling, etc.)
I'm not trying to become a big body builder, just hold my own. I have good lower body strength, I do cross country and track. So I want to know what I can do for my upper body and core muscles. Like I know about sit ups
