I'm an 18 year old female and just started bodybuilding. I want to gain as much muscle as possible and strength. I'm not sure of which supplements to take though, Right now I take a multivitamin everyday and drink wheyobolic protein shakes from AMP. I keep hearing about Creatine and Glutamine. There's so many types and I don't want to waste money on products that don't work. What should I take and how much and when should I take them? Thank you.
